FOUNDER

Sean has almost 20 years of finance and accounting experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and family owned businesses spanning multiple industries. He specializes in building companies' finance functions from the ground up, to enable efficient and repeatable data output, which in turn captures the true KPIs of a company's financial performance. Sean started Syncopated Synergy to fill the gap for small businesses that suffer from trying to fix the symptom of their finance and accounting problems and not the root cause, as well as provide a flexible “do business the right way” solution to businesses from $300k - $30M in revenue.

Sean was an NCAA Division II baseball player at Regis University where he received a B.S. in Business Administration Finance and Marketing. When he’s not growing his business, he spends his time with his wife, daughter, and two border collie’s hiking in the mountains, or on the beach in Hawai’i where his wife is from.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Over the last 15 years, I have worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit worlds wearing a multitude of hats, ranging from marketing and communications, to fundraising, to recruiting and bookkeeping. I enjoy being a part of designing and implementing strategic plans to take companies to the next level. I am passionate about operational procedures and believe they are key to achieving success. In addition to working with clients, I also manage the back office operations of Syncopated Synergy.

I have a B.A. in Sociology and Communications from Regis University. I love hiking, SUP’ing, managing a little homestead (including chickens) and living a wonderful life with my husband and daughter.
